Why is it that what ever we do something never feels enough? You know how it is when you pass the exam, reach your target weight, gain a promotion,complete a project... it can be a bit of an anticlimax and so you immediately start looking for next challenge.

We expect much more of ourselves than we do of others and this often leads to dissatisfaction as we forget to celebrate each success and just push those goal posts out a bit further. Recognize every one of your achievements. Allow yourself to be a success.
