首先，班主任，家长考前应做好教育工作，做到诚信应考，不要给孩子造成太大压力，考不好的话，回来要怎么怎么惩罚孩子，这种暗示会给孩子不好的影响，根不能任由孩子任性发展，自己采取极端手段获得高分，应该让孩子正确认识考试及成绩，他不是人生的唯一，当学习遇到困难，应该在考前积极努力，考不好也没有天塌地陷的，把不会的题目再认真分析，弄懂即可。监考教师也应该在孩子抄袭之前，及时制止，不要既成事实，错误已成，很是麻烦，监考老师更不能不管不问，放纵学生，这等于在怂恿孩子，将来孩子会铸成大错。
教育一个人真的是一个系统工程，孩子考试作弊，当然按校规校纪处理，这很正常，要不，这对考试不作弊的同学是一种亵渎，甚至是侮辱，要让作弊的学生懂得，人世间是有规矩的，做了错事，就要承担。
学校也要在做了处理以后，做好作弊学生的思想工作，使得孩子不要走极端，或是厌恶社会，或是萎靡不振，家长也要正确认识这件事，不可轻描淡写的一笔带过，也不要不是请看到过于严重，孩子在成长过程中，是需要家长，学校等教育者的高度智慧的。
愿每个孩子都能身、心健康的成长，大家都是教育行家，孩子才有希望，国家才有希望。

当前的教育真的很体现出人性化，学生作为国宝级别的存在。身为监考老师，有学生作弊还被抓到，只能说明监考教师“失职”了！我这样说，可能会有很多人不认同我的观点。
每次监考，校领导都会三令五申的要求监考教师严考，而且要把学生的作弊行为扼杀在萌芽状态。说真的，在当前的教育环境下，把学生的作弊动力扼杀在萌芽状态才是最明智的做法！
为什么这么说呢？因为现在的学生在家里是宝，在学校是“国宝”，而且自尊心强。如果监考教师放任学生作弊后再去抓，如果处理不当，很可能会给自己引来一些不必要的麻烦！
举个简单的例子，抓到作弊后，批评教育肯定是少不了的。批评教育吧，你还得注意方式方法。方式方法不对，语言语气不对，万一学生一个想不通，离家出走，或跳楼，亦或者当场打你一顿，那时就真的是得不偿失了！
所以，如果能够在学生有作弊动机的时候就应该将其扼杀在萌芽状态！如果抓到了，还是将其情况反应给相关领导，让领导去解决吧！
